Welcome to Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation bookings, weddings, conferences, private functions and events hosted at Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
Confirmation of your booking and payment of the required deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
No dates will be reserved without payment of the required deposit.
Should multiple enquiries be received for the same date, bookings will be confirmed on a first-payment basis.
All quotations remain valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated, and may be subject to change thereafter.
Due to fluctuations in supplier pricing, food and beverage prices may be adjusted prior to final confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before arrival or the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A refundable breakage deposit of R4,500 is required prior to any function or event.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure or the event date, provided that:
Any damages caused by guests, suppliers, contractors or attendees will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Should damages exceed the deposit amount, the booking holder shall remain liable for the outstanding balance.
The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival or the event date may, at management’s discretion, have their deposit transferred to a future available date within 12 months.

No refunds will be granted for:
The number of guests may not exceed the number confirmed in the booking agreement.
Additional guests must be approved in writing by management and will be charged accordingly.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to unregistered guests.
Accommodation units may not exceed their maximum occupancy.
Outside food or beverages may not be brought onto the property without prior written approval from management.
Any approved outside food or beverages may be subject to corkage or service fees.
Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge reserves the right to inspect items brought onto the property where there is reasonable suspicion that these Terms & Conditions are being breached.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards:
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 06:00 in all accommodation areas.
Excessive noise, disorderly behaviour, abusive conduct, illegal activities or damage to property may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Parties, events and functions may only take place in designated venues approved by management.

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Keys remain the property of Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge and must be returned upon departure.
Lost keys may incur replacement charges.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside:
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if smoking occurs inside accommodation units.
Children are welcome at Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge but remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and conduct of children throughout their stay.
Please note that Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge is a working game farm.
Wildlife, game drives, hiking trails, swimming pools, farm roads and outdoor activities carry inherent risks.
Guests participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.
Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge, its owners, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage or death suffered by any guest except where caused by gross negligence.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings, vehicles, trailers, firearms and valuables.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.
External suppliers and service providers must comply with all venue regulations.
All décor, gifts and personal items must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise arranged.
Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge is not responsible for items left behind after an event.
Fireworks, sky lanterns, open flames and similar items may only be used with prior written approval.
Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Lost property found on the premises will be retained for 30 days.
Guests are responsible for arranging collection or courier services.
Courier costs will be for the guest’s account.
By confirming a booking, paying the required deposit, making payment for accommodation, or attending any accommodation, wedding, function or event at Zuikerkop Country Game Lodge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
